Civil servants are the everyday heroes who work countless hours in our local communities to help protect, educate, and provide for fellow citizens. With the Heroes First Team, civil servants get access to specialized home loans that minimize costs when buying or refinancing a home.
The best way we know to show our appreciation for these heroes is by educating civil servants on how to achieve the dream of owning a home.
Transparency is also of the utmost importance for the Heroes First Team. That means we will always be honest, even if our lending options aren’t the best choice. This matters to us because we have been in uniform. All our team members have served our communities in various ways which allows us to understand the limitations that many civil servants face when buying a home.
A few tips to help get you started:
Connect with a loan officer as soon as you decide to purchase or refinance a home. This will be someone to rely on for direction and solid advice.
Go over your finances (both individually and with your loan officer). Doing so gives the opportunity to see what you can afford, and then where your comfort level of spending is.
